Refund and Returns Policy

At JDM Kei Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order parts.
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@orangered-snail-648520.hostingersite.com with your order number and issue details.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@orangered-snail-648520.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide return instructions and a return address.
